Shipping Address Verification
It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide a correct shipping address for order delivery. An incomplete and/or invalid shipping address can result in the package being sent back to us or (in the case of international orders - the packages are destroyed by the shipping carrier and left as "unclaimed"). If you decide to cancel your order when the package has been returned to us, we will deduct the shipping charge(s) incurred from the refund amount.
Shipping Zones
We ship worldwide to most countries. Orders are shipped out within 2 business days. All available shipping options will appear once your are at check out. If you are looking for a specific shipping option that is not provided at check out, please contact us and we might be able to make it available for you.
Shipping wait times varies, depending on your location and/ or shipping methos you chose. Shipping wait times are shown upfront when you pick a shipping method during the check- out process.
It would the responsibility of the customer to pay any additional custom charges and taxes that maybe applied outside Canada.
Any shipping costs for the returns along with the initial shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Delivered Parcels & Porch Theft
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier and confirmation has been provided, Sarah Veils is no longer responsible for the parcel. This includes cases of theft, loss, or misplacement after delivery.
If you believe your parcel was stolen, we recommend:
- Checking with anyone who has access to your home
- Filing a report with your local police
- Contacting your home or tenant insurance provider, as many policies cover porch theft
We take every delivery concern seriously, but we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered to the correct address.
